Is the information about the IPR Appellate Board, in Tamil, only a noise and why is there no information about the same or other recent ones in English.

I am sorry media!

IPR being the only inexhaustible property that India could possess, in comparison to whatever made, produced or belonging to India movable or immovable, be it's Forex reserve, the human capital or real estate, it, the IPR should be given due attention.

Though I was much sorry to see only a few Tamil magazines have spoken anything atall about it, no other, in English  have ever spoken anything at all in recent times. Of course Dinathanthi has also done that, though in the last page of the city supplement.

Education Career Research Organization, in association with www.ideah.in  seeks the attention of all to the power and prestige associated with Intellectual Properties and seek to develop them.

Cellulosic nanospheres (SNCs) from waste sugarcane fibres (MFC's)

Mandeep Singh and Vikas Pahal, both from Amritsar have disclosed of an inventive "Method for preparation of cellulosic nanospheres with spherucal morphology (SNCs) from waste sugarcane bagasse pith fibres (MFC's)" attaching nine Claims to the same.

The abstract states that they could achieve it with "high shear mechanical treatment and without using highly concentrated chemical reagents."

The abstract further informs that the "SNCs are a class of CNCs that possess uniform spherical morphology, larger specific surface area, high porosity and numerous free surface hydrophilic groups.

The utility value of the invention could be that, according to the Abstract,  is that it "reportedly" makes" SNCs a promising nanomaterial in application areas
such as biomedicine, nanocomposites and drug delivery."

The Abstract states it as a "System" comprising of "a seat occupancy sensor" "a thermal imaging sensor", "a data processing arrangement".

Each of the above is "configured" "to determine an occupancy status for the seat", "to capture at least one image of each seat", and "to validate the occupancy status of the seat", respectively.

In addition, there is "a communication device associated with a professional responsible for managing the public transport", "a public transport identification device and a server arrangement." "The server arrangement is configured to "determine the occupancy status of each seat and validate" its occupancy status. Further, the server arrangement will transmit messages to the communication device.

TTD comprises of a torque input element and a friction disc, a torque output element and a hub, first retainer plate (RP1), is in contact with the friction disc, a plurality of primary dampers arranged axially around the hub, a drive plate coupled to the hub and the RP2 is coupled to the first retainer plate. RP1 has a first sloped portion and the hub has a second sloped portion such that the first sloped portion in the RP1 is in a contact with the second sloped portion of the hub.

An Independent addition of each type of ceramic particles aids in high wear resistance without affecting the joining ability.

The invention is a brazed type diamond dresser tool with precisely controlled positioning of grits, customized pattern and uniform grit protrusion (by uniform bond-encapsulation height from substrate) above bond level. The process of brazing involves joining of diamond grits to dresser material surface by applying a suitable filler alloy in 
between them.

The novel formulations shall  considerably ameliorate the abrasion resistance property of the filler material and ensure good diamond brazing with steels.

AN ASYMMETRICAL BATTERY PACK FOR A VEHICLE

The asymmetrical battery pack (ABP), comprising of a minimum of six profiles (one each for front, rear, top and bottom, besides a minimum of two side profiles) is
configured to structurally connect a front end and a rear end of a vehicle.

Further, the front profile comprises of an extended member that is configured to inset on a mid-frame housing and the rear profile along with a rear wheel are pivotally connected through at least one swing arm. The pivotal connection may further be facilitated to deliver power from the ABP to a plurality of electronic components at the rear end.

A MODULAR GUARD ASSEMBLY FOR AN AUTOMOBILE

The modular guard assembly shall shield a rear wheel of an automobile from unwanted foreign articles. The guard assembly comprises of a guard member and a supporting member having one first end and at least one second end.

The first end of the supporting member is connected to the mounting end of a shock absorber and the second end is connected to one of a footrest tube end, and a rear fender end.

INTEGRATED FRAME MANUFACTURING SYSTEM AND METHOD

ALL-WEATHER MOUNTING SYSTEM FOR SOLAR PANELS

The Novel solar panel consists of a layer made of mixture of carbon quantum dots and Bi2Wo6 on one side and covered by a layer of graphene on the other side. The graphene layer produces energy from rain drops.

The rain sensor activates the stepper motor to turn the graphene layer or the layer of carbon quantum dots and Bi2Wo6 as required.

The innovative panel system is controlled by a microcontroller system interfaced with a rain water sensor module, stepper motor, voice playback module, switches LEDs and Limit switches.

This invention is a smart dust bin or garbage bin based on IOT. Each dustbin has sensor and GPS which helps to track the location and find the level and weight of the garbage bins.Once the dustbin or garbage bin is full, the user will not be able to access the dustbin and the system will transmit the signal to the separate ID attached onto garbage bags with information whether is recyclable or is to be disposed. An ID reader scans the bags and then determines the type of garbage for appropriate disposal.

Save Vehicle from Theft

This invention uses the face recognition system to identify the authorized person to start the vehicle. GPS and microcontroller is incorporated in the system for location and to control the moving process of vehicle inclusive of a provision to forward images of the mismatched person, to a remote device.

Moving Robot Dustbin

This system has micro controller, sensors and GPS which are attached with dustbin. This smart dustbin is attached with a robotic vehicle. This dustbin operates automatically to solve the issue of emptying dust bin using IOT and sensor based circuitry. Thes consists of a sensor in order to detect human clap signal and on a clap of foot tap it opens automatically without anyone needing to press its lever. Also the dustbin consists of a level sensing ultrasonic sensor that constantly measures the level of garbage in the bin and automatically detects if it is about to fill up.
