Kumar Surendiran, Anurag Khandual and
Sornappan Banu Sharmanath at Chennai have published for grant of patent, an invention called an asymmetrical battery pack.
The asymmetrical battery pack (ABP), comprising of a minimum of six profiles (one each for front, rear, top and bottom, besides a minimum of two side profiles) is
configured to structurally connect a front end and a rear end of a vehicle.
Further, the front profile comprises of an extended member that is configured to inset on a mid-frame housing and the rear profile along with a rear wheel are pivotally connected through at least one swing arm. The pivotal connection may further be facilitated to deliver power from the ABP to a plurality of electronic components at the rear end.
