INTEGRATED FRAME MANUFACTURING SYSTEM AND METHOD

Front and Rear Supports, clutching relevant portions, are mounted on a base, and connected to a control unit that measures a real-time alignment deviation between a real-time centre axis and a predefined centre axis of the frame. The front support corrects the alignment deviation.

This invention provides for an efficient process and better centrality of frame with improved capacity and productivity in frame manufacturing. Safe working environment and reduced manual labour is additional advantage of the invention.
